Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal

Ingredients
For the oatmeal:

cup
uncooked rolled oats
1/4
cup
plain, unsweetened almond milk
1/4
cup
water
1
tablespoon
PB2 Powder
1
tablespoon
sugar free maple syrup
1/4
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
For the toppings:
1
tablespoon
PB2 Powder
2
tablespoons
water
1
tablespoon
sugar free preserves (I used raspberry)
Instructions
Add all of the oatmeal ingredients to a small nonstick saucepan. Stir together and cook over medium-low heat 5-10 minutes.
Once all of the liquid has been absorbed transfer the oatmeal to a bowl.
In a small bowl mix together 1 tablespoon of
PB2 Powder
with 2 tablespoons of water. Drizzle over the oatmeal.
Drizzle the preserves over the oatmeal.
