Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal

Ingredients

For the oatmeal:

  • 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon PB2 Powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

For the toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon PB2 Powder
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free preserves (I used raspberry)

Instructions

  • Add all of the oatmeal ingredients to a small nonstick saucepan. Stir together and cook over medium-low heat 5-10 minutes.
  • Once all of the liquid has been absorbed transfer the oatmeal to a bowl.
  • In a small bowl mix together 1 tablespoon of PB2 Powder with 2 tablespoons of water. Drizzle over the oatmeal.
  • Drizzle the preserves over the oatmeal.
