One-Pan Turkey Sausage Skillet: A Quick and Easy Dinner Option

Ingredients

  • 8 Johnsonville fully cooked turkey sausage links
  • 1 small yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Cut the turkey sausage into bite-size pieces.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray with olive oil spray, then add the bell peppers and onions.
  • Let the veggies cook 5-7 minutes, or until tender. During the last minute add the garlic and mix together.
  • Add the can of diced tomatoes (do not drain) and the turkey sausage.
  • Season with oregano, salt, and black pepper, then let cook for 5 minutes.
