Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 99% fat-free ground turkey
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 14 1/2 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Add the turkey, onion, green pepper and garlic to a pan. Cook over medium heat. Break up the turkey as it cooks.
  • Add the tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper then stir. Bring to a low simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
