High Protein Banana Split

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free, fat free chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Fat free Reddi Wip
  • Raspberries or any other fruit

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix together the Greek yogurt and chocolate pudding mix. (Optional: Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.)
  • Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise. Lay the halves flat on a plate to form the base of your split.
  • Scoop the Greek yogurt onto the banana. Drizzle on the chocolate syrup, then top with whipped cream and raspberries.
