Ham Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Boar's Head ham
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Pinch of garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the ham into small pieces and add to a medium bowl. Add the celery, hard-boiled egg, and sweet pickle relish.
  • In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Add the dressing to the ham and stir together.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour (if possible) then serve.
