Ham and Swiss Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 tube reduced-fat crescent rolls
  • 4 oz. Boar's Head cooked ham slices
  • 4 slices Sargento ultra thin Swiss cheese
  • 1 egg (plus 1 tablespoon water)
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Open the crescent roll tube and unroll the dough. Separate each crescent roll and lay them on the baking sheet.
  • Add .5 oz. of ham to the larger part of the triangle on each crescent roll. Then add a half piece of cheese to each crescent roll. Roll up starting at the larger end.
  • In a small bowl whisk together the egg and water. Brush the crescent rolls with the egg wash, then sprinkle on the poppy seeds.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden.
