Ground Beef Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. 95% lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie white bread
  • 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef and chopped onion to a preheated skillet on medium heat.
  • Break up the ground beef. Brown then drain the grease.
  • Pour the ground beef into a bowl and clean out the skillet.
  • Add half of the cheese to a slice of bread and top with half of the ground beef. Cover with a second slice of bread.
  • Spray the skillet with olive oil spray, and add the sandwich. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until it's golden brown.
  • Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the second sandwich.
