head of iceberg lettuce (make a wedge)

plain, fat-free Greek yogurt

extra virgin olive oil

minced garlic

fresh lemon juice

dill
Salt and pepper, to taste

reduced-fat feta cheese

cherry tomatoes, cut in half

English cucumber, chopped

red onion, chopped
Instructions
Mix together the yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.
Place the iceberg wedge on a plate or bowl. Pour the dressing over the wedge, then add feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and red onion.
