Ingredients
1cuphummus (I used Sabra plain hummus)
1 cuptzatziki sauce (see below)
1/2cucumber, chopped
5oz.cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
2tablespoonsred onion, chopped
1/4cupreduced-fat feta cheese
2tablespoonssliced black olives
For the tzatziki sauce:
1cupplain, fat-free Greek yogurt
1/3cucumber, shredded
1/2teaspoonminced garlic
1tablespoonlemon juice
1teaspoondried dill
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Spread the hummus evenly on the bottom of a 9" pie pan or square baking pan.
Spread the tzatziki sauce evenly on the hummus. (To make the tzatziki sauce simply stir the Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper together in a bowl.)
Add the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese and black olives. Optional: sprinkle a little more dill on top of the dip.
