Garlic Parmesan Potato Bites

Ingredients

russet potatoes, diced into half inch cubes

teaspoons
olive oil
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1/2
teaspoon
paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
2
tablespoons
grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: garnish with parsley or chives
Instructions
Place the diced potatoes in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve while warm.
