Garlic Parmesan Potato Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 medium russet potatoes, diced into half inch cubes
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: garnish with parsley or chives

Instructions

  • Place the diced potatoes in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry at 400 degrees F for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  • Transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve while warm.
