Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef roast, trimmed of fat
  • 2 cans 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup (21 oz.)
  • 1 packet Lipton French onion soup mix (1 ounce)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 lb. baby red potatoes
  • 1 onion cut into small chunks

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl mix together the cream of mushroom soup, French onion soup mix, water and garlic powder.
  • Add the beef roast to a slow cooker and pour the soup mixture over it. Add in the carrots, potatoes and onion.
  • Put the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
