Cranberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Rinse the cranberries in water then add them to a saucepan.
  • Add the sugar-free maple syrup, fresh squeezed orange juice, and water.
  • Turn the heat on medium. Once it starts to simmer turn it to medium-low.
  • Let it cook for 15 minutes then use a potato masher to break down the cranberries.
  • Let the jam cool before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
