Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients

uncooked long grain white rice

cups
water

teaspoon
Better Than Bouillon (roasted chicken)
1
teaspoon
lime zest
Juice from one lime
1/2
cup
cilantro, chopped
1/2
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Place the uncooked rice in a
strainer
and rinse.
Put the rice in a saucepan and add the water and Better Than Bouillon.
Bring the rice to a simmer, cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Once the rice is fully cooked, stir in the lime zest, lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
