Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon (roasted chicken)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • Juice from one lime
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place the uncooked rice in a strainer and rinse.
  • Put the rice in a saucepan and add the water and Better Than Bouillon.
  • Bring the rice to a simmer, cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Once the rice is fully cooked, stir in the lime zest, lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
