Ingredients
  • 7 cups cooked penne pasta
  • 2 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1 cup light alfredo sauce (I used Bertolli)
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Stir together the cooked noodles, chicken, alfredo sauce, garlic powder and parsley.

  3. Pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.

  4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
