Blueberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Add the blueberries and maple syrup to a saucepan. Let cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute.
  • Add the cake mix, eggs and blueberry mixture to a large mixing bowl. Stir ingredients together.
  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Add the cake batter making sure to spread it out evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
