Ingredients

  • 1 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 Mission Carb Balance flour tortilla (taco size)
  • 2 tablespoons G Hughes sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Add your shredded chicken and BBQ sauce to a skillet or microwave-safe bowl. Heat until warm and fully coated in sauce.
  • In a bowl, mix coleslaw mix, light mayo, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is coated and slightly creamy.
  • Lay your tortilla flat, add the BBQ chicken, then pile on the creamy coleslaw.
  • Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and slice in half if desired.
