Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon granulated Splenda (or sweetener of choice)

Instructions

  • Mash the banana in your mug or ramekin. Add in the egg and applesauce, mix together.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and Splenda. Stir together until combined.
  • Microwave on high 60-90 seconds, or until cooked through.
