Asian Drumsticks

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken drumsticks (I used bone in skin in)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  • Add the soy sauce, water, lime juice, rice wine vinegar, garlic, and ground ginger to a zip up bag.
  • Place the drumsticks in the bag and zip up. Massage the outside of the bag to make sure all of the drumsticks are covered with the marinade.
  • Put the drumsticks in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

For the air fryer:

  • Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees F. for 18-20 minutes flipping halfway through. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

For the oven:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes flipping halfway through. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
