Salt and Vinegar Baked Potato Chips (Air Fryer or Oven)

Ingredients
  • 1 Russet potato (7 ounce potato)
  • 16 oz. distilled white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Olive oil spray
Instructions
  1. Peel the potato and run through a mandoline at 1/8 inch thickness.

  2. Add the vinegar to a medium bowl and put the potato slices in the vinegar. Let it sit 15-30 minutes.

  3. Place the potato slices on a clean towel or paper towel. Also, dab the top of the potato slices to dry them off.

For the air fryer:
  1. Add the potato slices to the air fryer basket in a single layer. (I had to do two batches.) Spray the potatoes with olive oil spray and sea salt.

  2. Cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

For the oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the potato slices in a single layer. Spray with olive oil and add the sea salt.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
