Add the steak strips to the slow cooker. Then add the garlic, ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, water, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Put the lid on and cook on low 4 hours.
Remove the lid and stir in the cornstarch slurry. Add the green and red peppers. Cover with the lid and cook on high 1 hour.
Serve with cauliflower rice, white rice, brown rice or noodles.
