No Bake Strawberry Pie

Yield: 8 servings (6 points per serving for blue, green and purple)

Ingredients
  • 1 store bought graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon granulated Splenda
  • 2 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
  • 6 oz. fat free Cool Whip
Instructions
  1. Puree strawberries in a food processor.

  2. Put the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add the strawberries and Splenda. Use a hand mixer to combine. Fold in the Cool Whip.

  3. Pour into the pie crust and freeze for 2 hours.
