The Ingredients

Lean Ground Beef: Lean ground beef provides high-quality protein, iron, zinc, and B vitamins. Protein promotes fullness and helps preserve muscle while losing weight.

Low Carb Tortillas: Low carb wraps are high in fiber and lower in net carbs than traditional tortillas, helping keep blood sugar stable and supporting weight management.

Grilled Onions: Onions add natural sweetness and depth of flavor without excess calories. They contain antioxidants and beneficial plant compounds.

Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce: Provides classic smoky sweetness without added sugar or unnecessary carbs, making it ideal for low carb lifestyles.

Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese: Offers calcium and protein while lowering saturated fat and calories compared to full-fat cheese.

Seasonings: Use salt, pepper, and garlic powder to season the hamburger patties.

How to Make a BBQ Cheeseburger Folded Wrap

Thinly slice the small onion. Cook the onions over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and lightly caramelized.

Divide 1 lb. of lean ground beef into 4 equal portions, then form into thin patties. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Lay 4 low carb tortillas flat. Cut a slit halfway up the center of each tortilla to create four sections.

Divide the ingredients evenly among the wraps. Each wrap will get one hamburger patty, grilled onions, 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce, and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese.

Fold each quarter over the next to form a layered wrap. Place the folded wraps back into the skillet (or a panini press) and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and the cheese is melted.

Serve warm and enjoy!
