Caramel Brulée Latte – Starbucks Copycat Recipe
If you look forward to Starbucks holiday drinks every winter, the Caramel Brulée Latte is probably at the top of your must-have list.
It’s warm, buttery, caramel-sweet, and absolutely irresistible, but it’s also loaded with sugar and can cost you a chunk of your daily calories (and WW points!).
Thankfully, this low-carb, Weight Watchers friendly Caramel Brulée Latte is the perfect homemade alternative. It has all the festive flavor of the Starbucks classic but uses simple swaps like unsweetened almond milk and sugar-free caramel syrup to keep the carbs and points incredibly low.

The Ingredients
Unsweetened Almond Milk: Unsweetened almond milk is incredibly low in calories, carbs, and WW points, making it the perfect base for a guilt-free latte.
It still adds creaminess and gives the drink that classic latte texture, without the sugar or heaviness of dairy milk.
Espresso: Coffee naturally has 0 carbs and 0 WW points, but delivers big flavor. The bold espresso helps balance the sweetness of the caramel, giving you a latte that tastes just like Starbucks without adding calories.
Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup: This is the key to creating a Caramel Brulée copycat! Sugar-free caramel syrup adds the same rich, buttery sweetness of Starbucks’ caramel sauce, but without the sugar.
Swerve Brown Sugar: Traditional brulée flavor relies on the deep, caramelized taste of brown sugar. A sugar-free brown sugar substitute gives you the same warmth and richness.
It dissolves beautifully in warm milk and makes the latte taste authentic without blowing your points budget.
Optional toppings:
Zero Sugar Whipped Cream: Adding sugar-free whipped cream gives you that classic Starbucks finishing touch. It adds a creamy, indulgent texture.
Sugar-Free Caramel Candy: Starbucks tops its coffee drink with a caramel sugar topping. I used a meat mallet to break apart a caramel candy. Once it was in small pieces, I used it to top the whipped cream.

Stir in the brown sugar substitute until dissolved.
Whisk in the sugar-free caramel syrup.
Pour the flavored milk into a mug, then add the espresso.
Optional: Top with whipped cream and caramel candy pieces.
