It’s perfect for when you want something sweet and you want it fast!

The Ingredients
Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese: Light cream cheese adds creaminess without the heavy fat and calories of regular cream cheese.
It still gives that classic cheesecake flavor but in a lighter, more Weight Watchers friendly way.
Fat-Free Greek Yogurt: Greek yogurt provides extra protein, richness, and tang. It lowers the point count compared to using more cream cheese and adds probiotics for gut health.
Monk Fruit Sweetener: Monk fruit is a natural, no-calorie sweetener that keeps this dessert low carb and low sugar. It helps keep blood sugar stable and is a great choice for low carb or Weight Watchers recipes.
Egg White: The egg white binds the dessert, helping it set like cheesecake. It adds protein with virtually no fat and keeps calories and points down.
Vanilla Extract: Vanilla gives depth, warmth, and classic dessert flavor without adding sugar or points.
Cinnamon: Cinnamon adds cozy flavor and also supports blood sugar balance. It makes the dessert taste indulgent with zero points added.

How to Make a Single Serving Cinnamon Cheesecake
Whisk the room temperature cream cheese in a small bowl until smooth.
Stir in the Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until silky.
Add the egg white and whisk again until everything is fully combined.
Spray a small ramekin with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in the cheesecake mixture.
Microwave for 45–60 seconds, stopping as soon as the center is just set.
Let it cool before enjoying.
