Easy Cheesy Chicken

Are you getting tired of plain baked chicken breasts? This Easy Cheesy Chicken will make you love chicken all over again!

The best part about this recipe is it only takes 5 minutes to prepare!

Now it does take 1 hour to bake, but I don’t mind that. It gives me time to get a tasty salad & side of veggies ready.

This easy cheesy chicken will cost you 5 points. Sure, it’s more than a plain baked chicken breast for 0 points, but it’s so flavorful and creamy!

For this recipe I used Swiss cheese. I didn’t use reduced-fat Swiss, it was regular. I wanted the chicken to be really creamy.

If you want to lower the points you can use reduced-fat Swiss cheese. If you don’t like Swiss cheese you can always switch it for a cheese you like. Mozzarella or Parmesan would taste great!

I also used fat-free sour cream. I mixed it with some garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

To prepare this dish I put the chicken in a baking dish, then added some of the Swiss cheese to each piece of chicken.

Then I spread the sour cream on top of each chicken breast.

Finally I added the rest of the Swiss cheese, then put it in the oven. That’s it!
