We all know that drinking water is such an important part of Weight Watchers. But let’s be honest, it can get boring.

I decided to make these fruit infused ice cubes to make my water a little more exciting. It’s perfect! You can use any kind of fruit you want. I used lemon, limes, raspberries and blackberries.
I used a large ice cube mold that I bought from Amazon. I love it because you can get so much fruit in each one. You can taste the fruit right when the ice starts melting. It’s so good!
I love coming up with recipes for the blog. I also love photographing the food. I read as much as I can about food photography because I am always trying to improve.
Unfortunately my house doesn’t get the best natural light. Almost all of our windows face North and South so we don’t get a lot of natural light coming in. That’s ok, I just have to improvise.
I’ve accumulated quite a few “props” that I use when I take pictures. My favorite set up is putting my marble cutting board on a chair in front of the window. I usually get pretty good light by it, but it comes with one problem. My dog.
That cute little face is what I have to deal with when I’m trying to take pictures. He’s always licking his chops, waiting patiently for me to make one mistake so he can snatch something up.
Not to be outdone, I also have a cat to worry about.
She acts like a dog, which is why she is also waiting for food. It’s always a 2 against 1 situation that I have to deal with. They’re lucky they are so darn cute!
These are the ice cube trays I bought from Amazon:
