Boar's Head cracked pepper turkey

part-skim mozzarella cheese
Red onion, thinly sliced
Baby spinach (approximately 6 leaves)

light mayonnaise
Cooking spray
Instructions
Add the light mayonnaise, cheese, red onion, spinach, and turkey to one piece of bread. Top it with the remaining slice of bread.
Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and add the sandwich to the pan.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden and crispy.
