Turkey Cheddar Ranch Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 2 Mission carb smart tortillas
  • 4 slices turkey breast lunch meat
  • 2 slices Sargento ultra thin mild cheddar cheese
  • 4 Laughing Cow light cheese wedges
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  • Unwrap the cheese wedges and place them in a small mixing bowl. Add the ranch seasoning to the bowl. Use a spoon to mix the cheese and seasoning together.
  • Place one tortilla on a cutting board. Add half of the cheesy ranch to the tortilla and spread it evenly over the tortilla.
  • Lay two slices of lean turkey breast on top of the cheese layer. Cut a slice of the cheddar cheese in half then add it to the center of the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle the shredded lettuce over the turkey and cheese.
  • Starting from one end, roll the turkey tightly to form a wrap. Use a sharp knife to cut the roll into six bite-sized pieces.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining tortilla.
