Ingredients
2Mission carb smart tortillas
4slicesturkey breast lunch meat
2slicesSargento ultra thin mild cheddar cheese
4Laughing Cow light cheese wedges
1teaspoonranch seasoning
1/2cupshredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions
Unwrap the cheese wedges and place them in a small mixing bowl. Add the ranch seasoning to the bowl. Use a spoon to mix the cheese and seasoning together.
Place one tortilla on a cutting board. Add half of the cheesy ranch to the tortilla and spread it evenly over the tortilla.
Lay two slices of lean turkey breast on top of the cheese layer. Cut a slice of the cheddar cheese in half then add it to the center of the tortilla.
Sprinkle the shredded lettuce over the turkey and cheese.
Starting from one end, roll the turkey tightly to form a wrap. Use a sharp knife to cut the roll into six bite-sized pieces.
Repeat the process for the remaining tortilla.
