Thanksgiving Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough
  • 6 oz. turkey breast, skin removed (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 1 cup stuffing
  • 3/4 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup turkey gravy (use some gravy for the base and some to add to the pizza after it's baked)
  • 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons French's Crispy Fried Onions
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Partially bake the dough according to the directions on the tube.
  • Spread a layer of gravy as the base, then top with turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. Distribute them evenly.
  • Sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese and top with crispy fried onions.
  • Bake the pizza the remaining time or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  • When the pizza comes out of the oven, top it with cranberry sauce and additional gravy.
