Taco Pizza - Weight Watchers Freestyle

Ingredients

  • 1 Ole Xtreme high fiber tortilla
  • 3 oz. 95% lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fat-free refried beans
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat Mexican cheese
  • Lettuce and taco sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
  • Cut the tortilla into 9 pieces. Spray both sides with no-stick cooking spray and add to a baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the tortilla is crispy. 
  • Brown the ground beef and drain any grease. Add the taco seasoning and cook according to the directions. 
  • Spread refried beans over the tortilla. Add the seasoned ground beef, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and taco sauce.
