Preheat oven according to the pizza dough directions. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Unroll the pizza dough and partially bake for 6 minutes.
Add ground beef to a pan. Break into small pieces and cook until no longer pink. Drain the grease.
Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Cook over medium heat until the sauce has thickened.
Spread the taco sauce over the pizza crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border along the outside.
Top the taco sauce with the seasoned ground beef, and the Mexican cheese.
Place the pizza back in the oven for 6-10 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
Let the pizza cool slightly before adding your toppings.
