Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Before draining the pasta, reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water
While the pasta cooks, heat the oil and saute the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook until tender, 5-6 minutes.
Stir in the spinach, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
Add the drained pasta and reserved pasta water. Toss to coat.
Remove from heat, add the Parmesan cheese, and sprinkle with fresh basil. It can be served warm or cold.
