Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated Splenda
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Clean the strawberries, cut the tops off, and add them to a blender.
  • Add the lemon juice, Splenda, water and puree.
  • Pour into a freezer safe container with a lid and freeze for 4 hours. (If the sorbet is left in the freezer for a long period of time you can put it in the microwave at 50% power for 30-60 seconds.)
