Strawberry Cheesecake Oatmeal

uncooked quick oats
3/4
cup
plain unsweetened almond milk

tablespoon
zero sugar cheesecake pudding mix
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
2
strawberries, chopped
Instructions
Add quick oats and almond milk to a small saucepan over medium heat.
Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the oats begin to thicken.
Stir in the cheesecake pudding mix and vanilla extract.
Cook for another 30–60 seconds until creamy.
Remove from heat and top with strawberries. Serve warm.
