4chicken sausage links (I used Simple Truth spinach gruyere chicken sausage)
2bell peppers (I used red and yellow)
1yellow onion
1/2teaspoonItalian seasoning
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat a pan over medium heat.
Cut the bell peppers and onion into slices. Spray the pan with cooking spray and add them to the pan.
While that's cooking cut the chicken sausage into bite-size pieces.
When the peppers and onion are tender/crisp add the chicken sausage. Season with the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken sausage is warm.
(The chicken sausage I bought was already cooked so I just needed to heat it through.)
