Ingredients
4 slicesSara Lee 45 calorie bread
4oz.Boar's Head corned beef
2slicesSargento ultra thin swiss cheese
1/4cupsauerkraut
For the dressing:
2tablespoonslight mayonnaise
1tablespoonfat free sour cream
1/2tablespoonketchup
1teaspoonsweet relish
1drophot sauce
1splashWorcestershire sauce
Instructions
Add all of the dressing ingredients to a small bowl and mix together.
Lay out the slices of bread. To one piece of bread add a slice of swiss cheese, thousand island dressing, sauerkraut, and 2 oz. of corned beef. Top with a piece of bread.
Repeat step two to make the second sandwich.
Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Spritz with olive oil spray and add the sandwich. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
