Yield: 4 (5 points per serving for blue and purple, 6 points for green)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour (NOT all purpose flour)
  • 5 oz. Boar's Head glazed honey ham, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg + 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl mix together the ham, cheddar cheese and garlic powder.

  2. In a mixing bowl add the self-rising flour and yogurt. Mix together.

  3. Sprinkle flour on your work surface. Add the dough and knead it for about 2 minutes. Divide the dough into four pieces.

  4. Roll out the first piece of dough. Add 1/4 of the ham mixture to one side of the dough. Fold over the other piece of dough and seal closed using a fork along the edges. Repeat with the rest of the dough and ham.

  5. Whisk together the egg and water, then brush on the top of the hot pockets.

For the oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Add the hot pockets to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Bake 18-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.

For the air fryer:
  1. Spray the air fryer with cooking spray. Add the hot pockets in a single layer (you may have to cook them in more than one batch).

  2. Cook at 360 degrees for 8 minutes or until they are golden brown.
