Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 tube (8 oz.) reduced-fat Pillsbury crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Swerve brown sugar substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  • In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered monk fruit sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, brown sugar substitute, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Spread about 1 tablespoon of the pumpkin cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  • Roll each crescent from the wide end toward the point, gently tucking in the filling as you roll.
  • Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 11–14 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
