Philly Cheesesteak Skillet (Low Carb and Weight Watchers Friendly)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 splashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add onions and peppers and cook 5-6 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Push the vegetables to one side. Season the steak, then add it to the empty side and sear 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir everything together and add the Worcestershire sauce.
  • Lay cheese slices on top and cover to melt.
