Pepperoni Pizza Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup Rao's pizza sauce
  • 3/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 12 turkey pepperoni
  • Seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place the chicken breast in the baking dish. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spoon the pizza sauce over the chicken breasts and sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese.
  • Add three turkey pepperoni to each chicken breast.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken breast reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
