Ingredients
1lb.boneless skinless chicken breast
1cupRao's pizza sauce
3/4cuppart-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
12turkey pepperoni
Seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Place the chicken breast in the baking dish. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the pizza sauce over the chicken breasts and sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese.
Add three turkey pepperoni to each chicken breast.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken breast reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
