One Pot Goulash - WW (Weight Watchers) Freestyle

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fat-free ground turkey breast
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes
  • 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

Instructions

  • Cook the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, green pepper and minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the paprika, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Next add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer, then add the macaroni noodles.
  • Make sure the noodles are covered by the liquid, then cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Check to make sure the noodles are done, then serve.
