Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. 90% lean ground beef
  • 32 tater rounds (you can find them in the freezer section)
  • Worcester sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 1/2 slices low fat American cheese
  • 32 cherry tomatoes
  • lettuce

Instructions

  • Cook tater rounds according to the directions on the package.
  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees F for the ground beef.
  • Roll the ground beef into small balls, then flatten them. Place them onto a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Add a drop of Worcester sauce to each mini burger.
  • Put the burgers in the oven for 10 minutes, flipping half way through.
  • Divide each slice of cheese into 9 pieces, you will have a little leftover. Put the cheese onto the beef, then place under the broiler until the cheese is melted.
  • Assemble them onto the bamboo picks by adding the tomato, lettuce, beef, then tater rounds.
