Ingredients

red apples (I used Fuji), chopped
2
cups
grapes, cut in half
1
celery stalk, sliced
2
tablespoons
walnuts, roughly chopped
2
tablespoons
light mayonnaise
1/4
cup
fat-free sour cream
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Add the apples, grapes, celery and walnuts to a large bowl.
In a small bowl add the light mayonnaise, fat-free sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix together then pour over the fruit. Stir to combine.
Refrigerate 1 hour then serve.
