Lettuce Wrap Cheeseburger with Baked Potato (Ten Dollar Meal)

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) russet potato
  • 1/2 lb. 90% lean ground beef
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 2 thin slices Boar's Head cheddar cheese
  • Seasonings for the ground beef (I used garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

Instructions

  • Clean the potato and pierce holes in it with a fork. Place it in the air fryer for 40 minutes at 400 degrees F, flipping halfway through.
  • Divide the beef into two portions. Roll each one into a ball then smash it. Season with your preferred seasonings.
  • Cook the burgers in a grill pan over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Add the cheese and cover the pan so it melts.
  • Place the cheeseburgers on a lettuce leaf. Top with tomato and condiments, then place a lettuce leaf on top.
  • Serve each cheeseburger with 1/2 of the baked potato.
