Ingredients
1(12 oz.)russet potato
1/2lb.90% lean ground beef
4lettuce leaves
1Roma tomato
2thin slicesBoar's Head cheddar cheese
Seasonings for the ground beef (I used garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Instructions
Clean the potato and pierce holes in it with a fork. Place it in the air fryer for 40 minutes at 400 degrees F, flipping halfway through.
Divide the beef into two portions. Roll each one into a ball then smash it. Season with your preferred seasonings.
Cook the burgers in a grill pan over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Add the cheese and cover the pan so it melts.
Place the cheeseburgers on a lettuce leaf. Top with tomato and condiments, then place a lettuce leaf on top.
Serve each cheeseburger with 1/2 of the baked potato.
