Lemon Garlic Chicken Pasta

- 6 oz. angel hair pasta
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 3 cups baby spinach
- Juice from 1/2 of a lemon
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Cook the angel hair pasta according to the directions on the box.
Heat a pan and add the olive oil. Add the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
Once the chicken is cooked remove it from the pan. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add the chicken broth and spinach. Cover the pan and cook the spinach until it is wilted, about 3 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, chicken breast and pasta to the pan. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until combined.
