Ingredients

  • 13 oz. angel food cake
  • 1 (1.34 oz.) box sugar-free lemon pudding mix (instant)
  • 2 cups fat-free skim milk
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 8 oz. fat-free Cool Whip

Instructions

  • Add the pudding mix to a medium mixing bowl. Pour in the milk and whisk for 2 minutes.
  • Cut the angel food cake into 1" pieces.
  • Add half of the angel food cake and half of the blueberries to the trifle bowl.
  • Spread half of the pudding over the cake and blueberries.
  • Repeat a second time - angel food cake, blueberries, and pudding.
  • Spread the Cool Whip in a nice even layer.
