sugar-free lemon pudding mix (instant)

fat-free skim milk

blueberries

fat-free Cool Whip
Instructions
Add the pudding mix to a medium mixing bowl. Pour in the milk and whisk for 2 minutes.
Cut the angel food cake into 1" pieces.
Add half of the angel food cake and half of the blueberries to the
trifle bowl.
Spread half of the pudding over the cake and blueberries.
Repeat a second time - angel food cake, blueberries, and pudding.
Spread the Cool Whip in a nice even layer.
