Ingredients

  • 2 slices Aunt Millie's Live Carb Smart white bread
  • 3 oz. lean deli ham
  • 1 slice Sargento ultra thin Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread light mayo and Dijon mustard on the bread.
  • Layer ham and Swiss cheese between the slices.
  • Lightly spray the outside of the bread with cooking spray.
  • Grill for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve warm and enjoy!
