Ingredients

  • 1 cup reduced-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free lemon pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese, sugar-free lemon pudding mix, lemon juice, and vanilla protein powder to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust lemon flavor if desired. Serve cold and enjoy!
