Ingredients

  • 1 Mission Carb Balance Tortilla (taco size)
  • 3 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon light ranch dressing
  • 1 slice center cut bacon
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onion

Instructions

  • Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cooked chicken and ranch dressing. Stir in the bacon and green onion.
  • Spread the mixture over half of the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella on top, then fold.
  • Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and melty.
