Mission Carb Balance Tortilla (taco size)

oz.
boneless, skinless chicken breast (cooked and shredded)

tablespoon
light ranch dressing
1
slice
center cut bacon
1
tablespoon
reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1
tablespoon
part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
1
tablespoon
sliced green onion
Instructions
Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble.
In a bowl, mix together the cooked chicken and ranch dressing. Stir in the bacon and green onion.
Spread the mixture over half of the tortilla.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella on top, then fold.
Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and melty.
