Ingredients

  • 2 slices low point bread
  • 2 oz. cooked ham
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Red onion, sliced
  • 1 slice Sargento ultra thin Swiss cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the panini press.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the light mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  • Lay out the bread slices. Add the ham, tomato, red onion, and cheese to one side.
  • To the other side, spread on the mayonnaise mixture and close the sandwich.
  • Spray the panini press with cooking spray, add the sandwich and close. Let cook 2-3 minutes or until the sandwich is golden and crispy.
