light mayonnaise

Dijon mustard
Tomato, sliced
Red onion, sliced

Sargento ultra thin Swiss cheese
Instructions
Preheat the panini press.
In a small bowl, stir together the light mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
Lay out the bread slices. Add the ham, tomato, red onion, and cheese to one side.
To the other side, spread on the mayonnaise mixture and close the sandwich.
Spray the panini press with cooking spray, add the sandwich and close. Let cook 2-3 minutes or until the sandwich is golden and crispy.
